Underpinning

The passage of time can cause walls to move.  More often than not, the poor quality of the ground beneath the building is the cause.

Underpinning can prevent further movement and allow remedial work to be carried out. Where ground conditions are so poor that traditional under pinning is not possible, we can use piling as an alternative and combine piles and needle beams to support defective foundations and walls.
