NIYOD CONSTRUCTIONS NIGERIA LTD: JACOBS MEWS PROJECT, LAGOS

Niyod Construction has commenced piling works on a contract for Howard Roark Gardens Limited which involves piling for Jacob Mews Estate. The piling works are for High-rise residential apartments and Terraces at Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos, which is being overseen by Pearl Amour Consulting. Niyod is to install approximately 523 No. 350mm x 350mm pre-cast concrete piles driven to depths of 40 metres for the first phase.
